Asphalt shingles
Architectural shingles for pitched roofs, including cool-rated colors with reflective granules. Each color has its own CRRC-rated reflectance, and we check the values for the color you pick against what your address requires. Citium is an Owens Corning Preferred contractor and installs Owens Corning Duration® COOL shingles as a complete steep-slope system.

Mission clay (two-piece), clay S-tile and concrete S-tile. Tile sheds water onto an underlayment that does the waterproofing, so tile work always includes a look at what's underneath. Tile is heavy, and a switch to tile has to account for the structure.

A 60-mil single-ply membrane for low-slope roofs, with heat-welded seams, installed mechanically attached or fully adhered over the specified insulation and cover board.
TPO roofingModified bitumen (torch-down)
Layered low-slope assemblies such as a three-layer base, ply and mineral cap sheet. Torch application is one method and needs fire precautions; it isn't the default for every property.
Modified bitumen roofingFlashing, underlayment and ventilation
Decking, underlayment, flashing at walls and valleys, drip edge and attic ventilation go into the same scope as the roof covering. A new roof over tired flashing or a poorly vented attic won't last as long as it should.
