What you provide

The inquiry forms request your name, property address, email, and phone number. You may also provide project information. The homepage visit form asks for your name, phone, property address, and the day and time you want the visit. An email address is requested only if you check the box to receive email promotions. Do not submit financial account details, identification numbers, or sensitive documents.

Where it goes

Contact, estimate, financing, customer-service, roof-measurement, and visit-booking forms email citiuminc@gmail.com in the background as soon as you submit. Citium uses that message to follow up about your roof. The inquiry itself is not stored in a cookie.

In this website

The form does not save your inquiry in browser storage. Your entries remain in the page while it is open. The project map loads OpenStreetMap when you open the map view; that provider receives standard connection information. Address suggestions send the text you type to the site so it can offer matching addresses. That request is part of the form, not advertising.

Cookies

An essential first-party cookie, citium_consent, remembers whether you allowed analytics or marketing cookies, and which version of this notice you saw. It lasts about six months. The site also keeps the same choice in this browser's local storage. You can change it any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not block booking, calling, browsing, or sending a form.

Site analytics

Analytics stays off until you allow it. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity each load only when that product's ID is configured and you have allowed analytics. If an ID is not set, allowing analytics does not contact that product. When a product is both configured and allowed, it may receive the page path, the campaign parameters in the link you clicked, the kind of device, and events such as a phone click or the fact that a form was submitted. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address, or the address you typed. Google Analytics is asked to anonymize IP addresses. Clarity session recordings mask every form field. No analytics script is added before consent. After analytics cookies are allowed, the server may count an estimated city, region, and country from the connection toward service-area totals. That estimate is not a street address, and the raw IP address is not stored. The ZIP you type on the estimate form is the property ZIP you choose to give us. Photos you attach stay with the office lead record. They are not sent to an advertising or analytics service.

Advertising

Marketing stays off until you allow it. A Meta pixel and Google Ads conversion tag load only when their IDs are configured and you have allowed marketing. If those IDs are not set, allowing marketing does not contact an ad network. When they are set, a successful booking or estimate can be counted as one conversion. The conversion does not include your name, phone, email, or property address. If Google Tag Manager is configured, it is the only loader for Google and Meta tags, so the same conversion is not sent twice.
